STUDIO SYNERGY at 47 Wodociągowa Street – the only one of its kind in Krakow
On June 26, 2015, the SYNERGY STUDIO – the first place in Malopolska offering 20-minute EMS training once a week was officially opened. One of the newest and most effective methods of fitness training, so far used in professional sports, and from June also available to the inhabitants of Krakow. STUDIO SYNERGY is located in the Bona Dea Aesthetic Medicine Clinic at 47 Wodociągowa Street, where you can comprehensively benefit from aesthetic medicine treatments and body treatments supporting training effects. A beautiful garden is available for clients in the area around the clinic.
Our mission is a holistic approach to training, which is why we focus not only on sports but also provide advice on diet and supplementation. The mood is an important element of successful personal training, which is why we took care of the interior of our studio. It has been designed in a modern and intimate way, where we offer one-on-one training sessions with a trainer. The studio is located near Wola Justowska and although it is not in the center of Krakow, it can be reached quickly.
